The download file is a ZIP file that contains a copy of the executable program. You will need the ability to unzip the file in order to run the program (ZIP file support is automatic in Windows XP). Once the file has been unzipped to a location on your computer you can simply double-click on the executable file (the .EXE file) to run the program.
